• Generate AI-powered content on your behalf using third-party AI services including Anthropic's Claude
• Publish content to connected social media platforms on your behalf when you authorize us to do so

• Send transactional emails including receipts, account confirmations, and OTP login codes
• Operate our affiliate and referral program
• Improve and develop new features
• Communicate with you about updates, offers, and Platform news
• Comply with legal obligations

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating the Platform including Supabase (database and authentication), Netlify (hosting), Anthropic (AI generation), and Stripe (payment processing). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
• Social media platforms: When you authorize The Drop to publish content on your behalf, we transmit your content and credentials to the relevant platform APIs including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), Google (YouTube), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Telegram, and Discord.
• Affiliates and referral partners: We share limited information necessary to track referrals and calculate commissions through our affiliate program.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@thatsmyproject.com.
